As a part time Aspen resident since 1955 and a full time resident and REALTOR since 1979. I have seen some changes here! Dirt streets – a single chair with canvas covers for warmth – all great memories! Actually, Aspen still has a similar feel – small town, real community, caring people!

I was one of the top-producing Realtors in the state for RE/MAX. As a member of the Political/Legislative Committee of the Aspen Board of Realtors, I stay current with our extremely volatile zoning and building code changes. I served on the Board of the Aspen Art Museum, a wonderful community asset.

My two children attended the Aspen School System and the Community School (a private school). Both are college graduates and my oldest son graduated with a Masters degree in International Business and Management with Spanish from the American Institute (Thunderbird) in Phoenix.

I worked as a Broker Associate for other companies until I opened my own office June 1, 1997. I really wanted to have a boutique company where our motto is service to you, our customer. My latest business expansion includes working with my husband and our team of architects, builders and interior designers creating luxury homes. Because my father built “neighborhoods” to house the baby-boom generation, I have always loved the entire process from design, to the smell of fresh cut lumber to the placement of your hot tub. I am enthusiastic about sharing this knowledge to help a customer or client do a project for themselves. We can also offer “fly-overs” of prospective purchases, as my husband flies an open cockpit 1942 Stearman airplane.

A natural athlete, I have a deep love of the mountains and I ski, hike and bike as much as possible. I have always felt like “Heidi” here. The surrounding mountains and natural beauty are incredibly magical.

My goal is to help my friends, clients and customers find this lifestyle, which we so enjoy!!
