Still substantial activity for our slow month between New Year's and President's weekend.

BUYERS:  Please let us search high & low for you.  The market is just starting its upturn as inventory is being absorbed. The corrected prices will still be more appealing than in 2006 - 2007.

SELLERS:  If you want to sell, remember, we must be realistic with what has sold in each neighborhood and price the product correctly.

NEW STORE:  Union of Angels, above Cache Cache has very well made, high fashion clothing that is very reasonably priced. I just saw another one in West Palm Beach.
